| Overall feelings about the race: I did not race too well today. I was not feeling well coming into the race today and i jsut tried putting in out of my head. Our NE team tried running as a pack and that ot broken up fairly quickly. I could see a bunch of them ahead of me and the entire race I just tried catching back up them. |

Best part of the race: The best part of todays race was in the last half when I started coming up a to the pack ahead of me and picking off a few places there. |
